Los Angeles Carnival is a membership-based organization. Everyone who registers to participate in the Carnival—whether individually or as part of a band—is automatically added to our membership roster, unless they choose to opt out during registration. See perks below!
WHY REGISTER?
Registration is mandatory for each participant for insurance purposes, public safety compliance, and accurate participant counts during the road parade. This ensures a smooth, secure, and well-coordinated experience for everyone involved.
