On Sunday, October 17^th, 2010, the streets of Los Angeles will be ablaze with glorious color, music and pageantry as masqueraders and revelers dance down Manchester Avenue in the middle of beautiful Westchester. This explosion of sound and motion will arrive in Westchester park, at the corner of Lincoln and Manchester where the foods of the region will thrill your senses and tantalize your taste buds. A definite calendar pick for the entire family that is not to be missed! Free to spectators. Parade Participation fee is $20.00.
